everyday
been using the guardian for 4 months everyday for 20 to 30 minutes a day, most times twice a day.it helps a little but not a major and permanate difference yet.i'll continue to use it 20 minutes a day and see if longterm it can make a difference.it does get bigger and thicker when you use it everyday but it will go back down.for the little bit of money that it cost it is worth it to me.but long term and perminate results i'm not sure yet.
