Good for beginners  
My wife doesn't like the ideas of vibrators or dildos, so I thought that this would be a great toy for the both of us, and especially because it goes around the penis. I will say that the vibrations are quite powerful, and were almost too powerful for me. We put it on and turned on the vibrations. I lay down on my back and my wife lowered herself down onto me. It's hard to say what her initial reaction was, but she obviously enjoyed it and came after only about a minute.
