I hope that Santa Claus was good to you all and brought you everything that you wanted. I have had quite a haul so far. In addition to some lovely cards from the likes of Cherry Mirage, I got a T Shirt with a hot nude shot of Zasu Knight (www.go.to.zasu.com) Wicked Pictures sent a really nice millennium celebration kit that I’m sure I’ll enjoy. Best of all, a certain blonde Mrs. Claus delivered a digital camera to my place so expect plenty of shots for the site from CES and upcoming interviews. With a final happy holiday greeting, we turn to the news.

Let me first congratulate the winners in the second annual Rog Reviews fan poll. After nearly two months of tournament style voting, the winners have been crowned. Private beat out Extreme Associates as the video company of the year. Tom Byron won a hard fought battle against Alex Ladd to take home Director of the Year honors. UK sex kitten Layla Jade edged busty brunette Tasha Hunter for the second Best Newbie Award. (Won last year by Jessica Darlin.) Tom Byron became the first to win two Rog Reviews Fan awards by taking home the Best Male Performer over surprise finalist Ron Jeremy. Finally, Linda Thoren beat last year’s winner Serenity to take home the Best Female Performer. Congratulations to all of the winner and those who came close. Jasmin St. Claire has sure been busy of late. I saw her at the LA Comic Book show last month, signing with the Extreme Championship Wrestling gang. That was just a week or so after she was spotted in the crowd at a World Wrestling Federation event. Some reports had her considering a change of careers that would have made the porn super star a regular in a major wrestling federation. So far, nothing like that has happened, so more than likely, it’s just another unsubstantiated rumor, but isn’t it fun to speculate?

Speaking of wrestling, did any of you happen to check out the WWF pay-per-view ‘Armageddon’? In addition to the usual action, suspense and violence, lucky viewers also got a bit more sex than their used to. After winning a four way ‘Evening Gown’ match (Where the winner must strip her opponents to their bra and panties to achieve victory) to win the WWF Women’s Title, the lovely Miss Kitty delighted fans by stripping out of her gown and showing off her nicely toned bod in a little bra and G String. To make matters better, she ripped off her bra, giving everyone a brief but memorable view of her compact ‘puppies.’ Sweat, blood and boobies, what more could any man want?

Speaking of Jasmin and violence, her appearance at the above mentioned comic book show was not without some minor fireworks. Just a few yards from where Jasmin was signing, Tiffany Mynx was making an appearance at the Mystique Productions booth. It was pretty clear to all that neither woman was overcome with joy to see each other. However, contrary to some accounts of the event, no one came to blows. In fact, no words were exchanged and the whole the amounted to little more than some dirty looks and a few mumbled unpleasantries. Come on ladies, can't we all just get along?

Kendra Jade recently went under the knife and after some frightening complications is recovering nicely. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I wish her a complete and speedy recovery.

With the much rumored Jenna Jameson retirement still fresh on everyone’s mind, Wicked Pictures is set to announce two new contract girls. Even insiders aren’t sure who those women might be, but what fun would it be if we didn’t make up a short list of our own. How about names like Alisha Klass, Nikki Tyler, Temptress, Felicia and Tara Patrick.

It took quite a while, but the first issue of XXXGen magazine should be on the stands by the time you read this. The high gloss publication will be packed with hot shots of porn hotties like Kendra Jade, Cherry Mirage, Serenity, Samantha Stylle and recently retired superstar Janine. For those of you who actually like to read the articles, there is plenty of material for you as well. Delaney Daniels, Jim Gunn, Mike South and James Giorgio have all penned stories or columns for the initial issue of XXXGen. And don’t forget to check out the great review section in this mag. Where else can you actually read a Rog Review while sitting on the pot?
