First make sure you have minutes left on your account with which to view movies. You can check this by going to your account management page here. If you need to add minutes, you can click here to do so.
You also need to have the latest version of Adobe's free Flash Player installed in order to stream our movies. Before trying anything else, please download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player here.
Sometimes the Flash plugin for Firefox can become corrupted (this happens, for example, if you installed more than one version of the Flash plugin) and the easiest way to fix it is to uninstall all Firefox Flash plugins with this Adobe Flash Uninstaller here and then re-install the latest Adobe Flash Player plugin here.
This can be due to one of two things:
1) You do not have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player, or there is a problem with your Adobe Flash Player installation. This happens quite often and the easiest way to fix it is to uninstall Flash with this Adobe Flash Uninstaller here and then re-install the latest Adobe Flash Player here.
2) Your computer does not have adequate resources to play our movies. Even though the Flash Player is a great little player for many reasons, due to Flash's inability to make use of most hardware acceleration, Flash is not always a very efficient way to play movies and a movie that would play fast using someone else's player will generally require more resources to play on Flash. Because of this, you need a fast processor (2 Ghz +) and at least 500MB RAM in order to play our movies smoothly.
Chances are that your network connection to our server is not fast enough or that the network between your computer and our server is experiencing temporary congestion. Make sure your connection can support at least a 500 kb/sec stream. Our movies are encoded at a high bit rate and are consequently
very high quality, but they also therefore require a very fast connection to view
them. You can test your connection's
download speed for free here.
This happens if your Flash Player is having trouble buffering the video. Try pausing and un-pausing to see if that fixes it (it often does).
